About the Role :

we are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and brand visibility. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to help Arrow Thought grow its digital footprint, attract quality leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates aligned with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure creative and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and identify insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep Arrow Thought ahead of the curve.

Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or tech-based environment.

  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certification.

  • Experience with WordPress, Canva, or other CMS and design tools.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web tracking setup is a plus.
