About the Role :

We’re searching for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can craft compelling, clear, and engaging content across multiple platforms. You will play a vital role in shaping our brand voice, creating impactful stories, and developing content that connects with our audience. From blogs and web pages to social media and marketing campaigns, your words will help build Arrow Thought’s digital presence and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Develop SEO-friendly content strategies to improve visibility and search performance.
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and tone consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital content best practices.
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Arrow Thought’s tone, style, and brand guidelines.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to write in different tones and styles for varied audiences.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (like WordPress) and basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience writing for technology, design, or digital marketing domains.
  • Knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of visual storytelling and collaboration with design teams.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging narratives.
  • Published writing samples or a personal blog/portfolio showcasing your work.
